I LOVE helping busy people to get to feel fitter and more energetic with efficient and effective sessions. And I know it’s achievable with great coaching.

So I’ve put together a program to do just that. I’m launching it on 6 January 2020.

This is specifically for busy people who want to get fitter and more energetic in 60 days. It is a remote program, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

What Is in It

What will you get? A full program adjusted to your experience and the equipment you have at home. Even if you do not have any equipment, because the base program makes use of bodyweight exercises. Every week we will go over the exercises, challenges and eventual changes that have to be made.

You are never too busy to exercise

Start the year right and for $499 you will get access to a custom application in which you will receive the 60 day program, descriptions and it also has a chat function to get in touch with me. With this program you will have 3 sessions per week for roughly 8 weeks. When you would book this amount of sessions with a personal trainer (average rate being around $60 to $90 per hour) this would cost you somwhere between $1440 and $2160 if not more. On top of that with in-person sessions, you are restricted to the schedule of the personal trainer. You can train whenever and wherever you want with this program!

P.S.

Any time you invest money to work with a coach, there’s a risk. Right? What if it doesn’t work. What if this isn’t as good as he said?

So let’s look at the best and worst case scenarios:

Best case:

Over the next two months, you get fitter and increase your energy level. You might lose fat. You might gain muscle. You have your family and friends jealously asking you what the heck you’ve been up. You get new habits, increase your confidence, and the systems and tools to maintain your new physique and continue to improve.

That’s the best case.

But what about the worst case?

Maybe it doesn’t work. Maybe you’re a few weeks in, and you decide that it’s not for you. The training isn’t quite right, or you jumped too soon.

In which case, I’ll refund your total investment. You get to keep the training plan I made for you and all other materials. You’ll know more about training and have the skills but you won’t have to pay for it.
