If you are intrugued by fasting, intermitted fasting, or the BulletProof diet, this is an excellent book to start with. This book is giving the insights, backgrounds, but also hacks to get started with intermittent and longer fasting. Most importantly, this book also includes the information on fasting for women. It is one of the few books to include this specific information. Why that is important? There is an important difference in hormonal repsonse to fasting between males and females.  The book “Why We Sleep” is a book that most definitely will change your perspective on sleep. Even if you are convinced of the importance of sleep, the information in this book will emphasize and strengthen the arguments to focus more on sleep. Highly recommended book for everybody. Fat Loss Happens on Monday

This is a book that covers a reasonable and sustainable approach towards fat loss. Many books on diet or fat loss focus on quick results and strict regimes, this is not one of those books. Once you start implementing the principles of this book, you will be achieving the best results on the long run. It will also be a way to reach fat loss that you will actually stick to. An excellent book that touches on sugar, salt, fat, the food industry, reasons for overeating and most importantly how to deal with the dangers. All in all a very comprehensible book, which will give you a ton of insight. Available as Kindle, paperback or hardcover on Amazon.

This is a book describing exactly what the title describes. It gives a basic understanding on the metabolism, energy expenditure, nurtitional advice and guidelines for exercising. Highly recommended when you are aiming for fat loss. Available as Kindle or paperback version on Amazon.

The basics of Kettlebell training and background of the Russian tool for strength. An absolute must to read and refer to when you want to start working with Kettlebells. Available as Kindle or paperback version on Amazon.


Kettlebell Simple & Sinister

This is a book that takes the basis of kettlebell training into a simple (not easy) training program that you can perform for a long time and prepares you for what life or sport will throw at you. It is a basic program, but requires a basic understanding of the Kettlebell Swing and Turkish Get Up. Highly recommended when you have the skills for these exercises.
