If you are intrugued by fasting, intermitted fasting, or the BulletProof diet, this is an excellent book to start with. This book is giving the insights, backgrounds, but also hacks to get started with intermittent and longer fasting. Most importantly, this book also includes the information on fasting for women. It is one of the few books to include this specific information. Why that is important? There is an important difference in hormonal repsonse to fasting between males and females.
