This is an 8 week program which consists of three sessions per week which you can do at home. The sessions are all around 30 minutes of duration and are made from a set of movements that will have an intensity specific to the purpose of that session. Test Weeks
In order to assess your skills and strength at the beginning of the program, a test week will be scheduled before the actual program. In order to see what improvements you have made strength-wise, another test week will be scheduled after the program. That means the overall time-frame is 10 weeks.

Stress
Stress is a thing that is counter-productive to fat loss. When your body is under a lot of stress, it will try an hold on to as much energy as possible. That means storing calories as fat in order to have fuel for when there is no more food. This is a natural reaction of your body. The only way to deal with this, is to try and reduce stress as much as you can, sleep well and for sure try not to add more stress with an high intensity training session of an hour or more.
Work on Habits
Within the program there will be small reminders for habitual change with regard to nutrition, hydration and sleep. The program will work even better if you eat better, sleep better and drink enough water throughout the day.
Requirements
For this program there are some requirements regarding equipment to perform this routine at home. First of all you need to have the access to a pull-up bar. This could be a doorway pull up bar or even a rod of some kind in or around the house. Secondly I recommend to have at least a selection of three kettlebells. The recommended selection of weights depends on your experience/strength level.
